Jason Bull, the gregarious owner of Ibiza Town's famous Base Bar, has turned Es Vive into the relaxed, stylish venue that it is today. With DJ's spinning house music by the pool every afternoon you can't help but soak up the Ibiza vibe. The rooms are simple, but well decorated - opt for one of the suites with X-box included too.
Breakfast is served by the pool from 9am - perfect for a quick snack before bed. The chances are you will spot a fair few of Ibiza's movers and shakers including Pacha Magazine's editor Ben Turner. The food is a revelation, with fusion influences and delicious salads. It is of course served by the pool, so you never miss a thing.
