The main dining room serves Mediterranean dishes like osso buco, sea bass, gnocchi fiorentina as well as traditional Middle Eastern delights such as tabouleh, kofta, and tagines. You can also dine on the canopied terrace, under the light of dancing flames, in the warm desert air. Dinner may also be served just for you on your own veranda. Five memorable courses, beside your gently rilling pool, under a deep velvet sky and shimmering stars. The bar is adjacent to the main dining room where relaxed informality tends to be the prevailing mood. Many guests like to enjoy a sundowner on the bar's terrace and look out at its tranquil views.
