Experimental known as ECC in Paris, New York & London, has opened its bohemian restaurant and beach club at Cap D’es Falco in Ibiza. The dynamic experienced family team run it like clockwork - it has been designed by Dorothée Meilichzon, also the mastermind behind the other Experimental venues, with her signature touches of lush fabrics and French influences. Wonderful views and fresh food in a stunning shabby chic environment.

The restaurant is open all day for lunch, sunset drinks or dinner and is perfectly set up to accommodate romantic couples and group meals. Unpretentious service and the freshest ingredients with fine champagnes, wines & cocktails to create a memorable mélange. All of this against the backdrop of the sea, magical Es Vedra for the best sunset on the island.
